Thank you for signing up early for the Rogers Area Youth Open Holiday Classic Wrestling Tournament. Our goal is to put on a competitive, smooth, high quality tournament with an emphasis on good sportsmanship.
Waiver: In consideration of your accepting this registration, I hereby, for myself and all associated with me, waive and release any and all rights & claims for damages I or my child may have against Independent School District #728 and its representatives for any & all injuries by myself or my child at the above listed activity, sponsored by ISD #728.
